RUCKUS WIRELESS NEWS
- The latest RUCKUS Smart Zone release 6.1.2 (LT-GD) has been made available. This long-term release consolidates many patches and fixes on 6,1 and is now the last GD release replacing 5.2.2. You can find direct links to related documentation and guides in this Community article.
RUCKUS ONE NEWS
- AI Operations: RUCKUS One creates recommendations after constantly monitoring the software configuration and analyzing network data.
- Client connectivity diagnostics (CCD): With this firmware, users can now troubleshoot client connectivity issues in real-time. RUCKUS One provides recommendations by monitoring dynamic factors influencing network performance and seeks to tune static factors to improve performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and user experience.
- Dynamic PCAP availability is live across both R1 and RUCKUS AI now. Customers can now perform in-detail client troubleshooting with pcaps which are generated for all failure events concerning a specific client. R1 customers need AP firmware min 2.3.103.165 as a prerequisite.
- AI-driven Cloud Radio Resource Management was originally slated to be part of the Professional license. However, in response to field requests, it has been incorporated into the Essentials license.

- Now that licensing has been further simplified with a “per device” license, we simplified the RUCKUS One activation license on the Support Portal. You can find all the steps in this article.
RUCKUS ICX

- The new RUCKUS ICS release 10.0.10b has been made available. Disabling web management when RUCKUS One or SmartZone is connected, Login privilege mode, and many new features are supported. Please take a look at the release notes.
RUCKUS IOT
- The new release 2.1.1.0 introduces Zigbee fragmentation support for Voisto. You can find more info on the release notes here.
